There are a range of different attachments that you can add to your home gym or professional exercise machine equipment. You can attach parts that will enable you to further develop your exercise experience in addition to the more functional pieces that you can add to your machine to increase its mobility or install it into place. You'll also want to make sure you have a straight overhead for reps both in front of your chest and behind your neck. This way you'll be working both your biceps and the shoulder muscles.
