Here are a few easy steps for molding your mouthguard: # Bring water to a boil, pour into bowl # Place new mouthguard into boiling water for 30 seconds # Using tongs, remove mouthguard; quickly run under cold water # Immediately put in mouth and bite down firmly # Using your fingers, press mouthguard against teeth # Once molded, quickly run under cold water again # Check that the bite and fit feel right in your mouth # If not, repeat steps 1-7 again
