Arizona Cardinals Merchandise

The Arizona Cardinals might not be the forerunner for most popular, most supported team in the NFL, but they sure have made a name for themselves in the past few years. With Kurt Warner as their quarterback, Arizona surged to the front of the National Football Conference league and became NFC champions in 2009. A Little about Warner

Kurt Warner does, indeed, deserve the title of a true underdog. He fought ardently against the odds in order to realize his dream, eventually bringing one of the most unsuccessful teams in the NFL (Arizona) to the Super Bowl Championship. His tragic background involves poverty, family hardship, and disappointment. Warner's Cinderella story highlights his humble working class background as a stockroom boy at a local grocery store just five years before bringing the statistically suffering St. Louis Rams to the playoffs. Prior to this story, Kurt had been cut from the Green Bay Packers training camp (competing for a spot against Brett Favre) after which he struggled to remain financially stable. A decade later, Kurt Warner was playing for the Cardinals, who didn't have much hope of a winning record that year, and brought them charging through the season to the Super Bowl. Using his tremendous courage, backbone, and natural talent, Warner was awarded the honor of Super Bowl MVP in 2009. Even if you're an avid downer towards the Arizona Cardinals, you've got to respect their quarterback. (And if you're a fan of Warner, get his look by picking up a Cardinal's jersey  this season!)
