Planning a Sleepover

Planning a sleepover doesn't have to be a nervefriendly materials and add the right essentials to your shopping list.

What to Do

Never assume kids can entertain themselves. You don't want to end up with ten of your daughter's friends all asking, "well, what do we do ''now''?" Nothing is more mortifying for a child than having a ''boring'' party. So, make plans and have options. From toddlers to teenagers, outlined activities make for a smoother evening.

What to Eat

What you have to eat is just as important as what you have to do. No sleepover is complete without snacks and treats to the last the whole night through. So fill up the fridge and equip the pantryand be ready to deal with the resulting sugar highs!

Sleep Essentials

Although sleep is arguably the least important aspect of a sleepover, it is bound to happen when the clock winds down and the sugar runs its course. As the host, you need to be prepared to accomodate for every tuckered-out guest and provide any forgotten item.
