How Does This Work?
Okay, so it's not magical power, but it ''is'' awesome. Actually, the whole hydraulics system is based on Pascal's Law. The law states "for an incompressible fluid at rest, the difference in pressure is proportional to the difference in height and this difference remains the same whether or not the overall pressure of the fluid is changed by applying an external force." For those of us who are not science geeks, this means that whenever pressure is changed in a container, whether reduced or increased, the pressure will remain that way throughout the entire container.
