9 1/4 inches long, 2 3/4" deep, 3 1/4" at widest point. Holds 40 liquid ounces. For easier release, pour within 1/4" of mold edge. Allow soap to set-up completely before trying to release from mold. Using fingertips, gently pull the sides of mold away from the soap until you see air pockets forming. Flip mold over and firmly, but gently push down on the mold until the soap drops out of mold. Makes eight or nine 1-inch slices. Sliced soaps fit the BO-9 clear gift box .

Our break away wooden molds will also double as a cutter, which replaces our older cutter mold style. After removing your soap log, reassemble the wooden mold, leaving one of the wooden end caps out. Place your soap log back into the wooden mold and slide it out the end that does not the wooden cap in place. You can then slide your cutter down through your soap log, using the wooden ends as a guide, and cut you soap bars to the desired thickness, up to about 1 1/2" depending on how far...

To cut the strips: Take soap out of mold and set on end with the 8-3/4 end on the working surface. Take your strip cutter (that's the shorter one with the wire at 3-1/2 inches) and turn it upside down. Pass it through the end and across the soap to make a strip of soap 8-3/4 inches long and 3-1/2 inches wide. Pass it through the block again and you will have 3 equal strips ready to be cut into bars.

The bar cutter cuts the strips into 9 soap bars. Each bar will weight 4.25 ounces. After drying out, it will weight a little over 4 ounces. This is if you use the bar cutter with the wire set at 7/8". (That's the way it comes to you.)
