All of the detail knives are mounted in the handle with epoxy. The back edge of the blades have all been rounded to allow for ease of cutting through the wood. The knives come sharpened and ready to carve.

Screw threads on wood dowels and in blocks or nuts can be produced rapidly, easily and cleanly with these threaders. Any router mounts on the kit's anodized aluminum table. A solid carbide veiner bit (1/4" shank) is supplied with the kit. Delrin sleeves inserted into a maple mounting board guide dowels precisely under the bit, with no need for oiling or other pre-treatment.
