Sirius Stiletto 100 SL100

Powered by Zing, the Sirius Stiletto 100 SL100  is slim, sexy and quite sleek, measuring 4.7" L x 2" W x 1" D with standard battery. Although it is similar in style to the S50, this little gadget is completely portable, versatile and it offers some of the best features seen so far in a portable device. A major advantage to this new satellite radio is integrated Wi-Fi, which allows users to listen to streaming radio from the Web as long as they are in a hot spot. So not only do you get satellite radio from the stars, but you get live Web feeds from the Internet too; great for use indoors and out. No other portable satellite radio has this feature. Not enough to impress you?  The content can be acquired through subscriptions, online purchases or from p2p services. The last feature that makes this device stand out is that as you listen to your favorite stations, the Stiletto will recognize those preferences and automatically record the content so that you'll always be able to access your favorite stations no matter where you are. Delphi Sky Fi3 XM Satellite Radio

The sleek Delphi Sky Fi3  is priced less than most of the newer models at a mere $200. But all things considered, it's easy to see why it scored such a teensy price tag. On the positive end, it boasts a big 2.8" monochrome screen to match the sleek black and silver exterior. When combined with the home kit, the unit is rather streamlined compared to the Sirius Stiletto 100.  There is no comparison when placed next to the Delphi Ski Fi2.  As far as content, the unit is worthy of one award -- being the first to integrate a removable memory slot compatible with a 2GB microSD  chip. That means you can carry along up to 10 hours of XM programming or any combination of MP3, WMA or WAV files with you wherever you go. As for onboard memory, you'll get 30 minutes of pause and playback time. Other features include: Tagging capability that allows you to pull up songs you listened to for purchase on XM Napster. Rechargeable battery lasts up to five hours. Comes with a car kit with remote.

Sirius S50

Sirius S50  satellite portable radio complements the rich and sleek interior of any luxury car. It features an elegant black design, portability and a brilliant multi-color display. All operating buttons have been placed on the sides, keeping the front sleek. The Sirius S50  has 1 GB of storage for recording your favorite satellite radio programming. A simple click of the heart icon will store your favorite song, making it available any time you want. You can also record content from the more than 120 channels, including virtually every musical genre; talk shows; NFL, NHL and NBA broadcasts; and of course, Howard Stern for a monthly subscription fee. It has the ability to pause and rewind live broadcasts so you never missing anything when answering your cell phone or hitting a drive-through for lunch. The replay buffer allows up to 60 minutes of programming and the ability to rewind or fast forward through the saved broadcast. When you are done listening to paused content, the S50 goes right back to live radio. Other features include: 176 x 220 PIXEL TFT display with 262K colors. Samsung YX-M1Z Helix XM2go

Like XM radio's first generation of portable receivers (XM2GO ), the Samsung Helix  receiver is able to pick up satellite signals as you are walking around outside. No docking station is needed, which is a huge advantage over the Sirius S50.  Also, this receiver has 1 GB of flash memory on-board so that you can record up to 50 hours of XM content. XM has made it even easier to capture individual songs that you like. Under the recording options, you can record by song, channel or scheduled session. Apparently the receiver also uses cached audio so that you can catch the beginning of songs when you grab it from the live feed. In addition, the player uses a "tag" feature that will let you immediately purchase a song you heard on XM from Napster's online store when you synchronize the player to your computer. You can fill it up with MP3s that you already own to create a mix of MP3s and radio content if you wish. It also features: Supports the XM + Napster music service. Plays live XM radio content wherever you roam. Also plays MP3s and WMA files from your personal library. Full-color, 180 x 180 TFT display. Holds up to 50 hours of content.
