Using the revolutionary Balance Board, which detects subtle changes in weight, pressure, and movement, the game acts like a personal trainer and yoga instructor to help you get into shape. It will track your progress as you get fit and provide you with the data as easy-to-read graphs and charts that show you exactly how fit you've become.
