"Why are my brakes pulling?" It could be a problem with the wheel cylinder. A wheel cylinder is a part of the tool kit if you want to take the wheel cylinder apart.
How is a Wheel Cylinder Constructed?
* Piston: The pistons press on the shoes that stop the wheels of the vehicle.

Rebuilding a Wheel Cylinder
It is not recommended to rebuild a brake cylinder. However if you do, you can follow these steps:
* Remove the drum and wheel shoes.
* Take a good look at each part of the wheel cylinder once you remove it. Is it wheel cylinder repair kit.
* Take out the spring and look inside. If there is anything caught in there, clean it out gently and then lubricate the cylinder.
* Make sure the bleeder screws are in good shape. You can buy brake system bleeding tools if you notice anything wrong. Check the rest of the braking system for air bubbles.
* Replace the cylinder if it looks beyond repair. It's not worth the risk.
