Taking Care of Wedding Guests
The invitations

Shelter and Travel
Well before your guests are set to arrive you need to scout for lodging. This involves a lot of research as you will need to reserve a block of rooms at two to three hotels of varying qualities and price ranges for your guests to choose from. Usually, the more rooms you reserve the better the rate so make sure you account for all the guests who will need accommodations. Also keep in mind that most hotels have a minimum number of rooms you can block (which is usually 10) so if you don't need very many, come up with a plan B. Plan B should include an informational packet about your wedding destination such as a few affordable accommodation options, some brochures and travel guides

Happy guests are the best guests. Their long trip may leave them irritable and stressed--provide them with some aromatherapy |
Plan on partying the whole weekend? You'll need your guests fresh, clean and able to keep up so provide some essentials like aspirin |
