• Location: Where do you plan on hanging up your clock? The amount of space you have will determine what size model you want to buy. • Price:  Price can vary depending on what you're looking for; but keep in mind that a $10 white wall clock and a $80 quartz clock  can achieve the same goal depending on what you want. Remember, a clock can look expensive even if it isn't.

• Warranty: If your spending a significant amount of money, does your clock come with some kind of warranty? Whether it's for a year or a few months, if you've invested a lot, you want to know you can return the clock if it breaks.

• Materials: Is your room decorated mostly in earth tones? How about glass  or wooden furniture ? When choosing which clock to buy, you want to look at its composition, not only for durability but design.
