You'll need a ring size chart to interpret the measurement, but that's not hard to find. Do keep in mind that different countries may have different standards when it comes to ring sizes. In the US, men's rings generally lie between size 8 to size 14 range. Anything extremely larger or smaller, you may need to have to custom design the ring.
