* First lets talk about the pros of these glasses. Lets face it. Our economy is based on whats new and hip. Well that's these glasses. When these glasses were first released, stores couldn't keep them on the shelves. Restaurants were buying them to replace their old "boring" glasses to try and bring in a hip crowd. On top of that, they are just more
thin stem, or it falling over and hitting the bottom of the sink and shattering. And last is the convenience of these glasses. They fit into any standard cabinet, as most wine glasses do not, and they can be used for your juice in the morning if they just aren't your wine glass of choice.
* Now lets talk about the cons. Most serious wine drinkers will not purchase these for two simple reasons. One, holding the bowl of a wine glass brings the temperature of a wine up, affecting the wines flavor and aroma. Two, Holding the bowl of the glass smudges and gets fingerprints on the glass, not allowing you to see the wine in its purest form, and making the glass look scummy. Obviously if you buy these glasses you cant help but hold it by the bowl.
Lets face it, if your a serious wine connoisseur, these glasses aren't for you. Your not going to want to drink your prized
