When you're in the mood for a serious camping trip, you might realize that the thought of cold meals or cooking over an open fire every night can be one of the more daunting aspects of the trip. That's why there are some camping kitchen setefficient ways to cook.
Cooking at Camp
There are a few things to do to make your propane go a long way and to make your hot meals that much better out there in the wilderness. Use the open fire as your warmer if you're going to be cooking a lot of food. Anything that will cook quickly, like corn and meat, can be nicely roasted on the open fire. But if you're aiming to make a vegetable soup or boil water for pasta, go ahead and use the concentrated propane flame for that one. Be sure that you clean your camp kitchen after every meal, otherwise you will attract some unwanted visitors...and some are scarier than others.
