Comfort and style are a huge plus for junior footwear, but sometimes the thought of slip on sneakers don't sound so cool or appealing. Luckily there are some sweet styles out there for busy gals who don't want to wear regular shoes all the time. They include a splash of color and a youthful cut so girls won't feel like they are wearing something beyond their years. Slip on sneakers are also perfect for those who want the comfort of a sneaker but also aren't into styles that look too athletic. After all, not all sneaker wearers need to look like they are on their way to play some serious sports!

The festive slip on you see above is along the lines of what you can find when you take a very basic style and jazz it up a bit. The top actually makes a great canvas (no pun intended) for fun designs and patterns because that is usually where the laces go.
* '''Ballet''' -This guide is still about sneakers! The ballet slip on is actually a very stylish twist on the slip on sneaker. The sole is still rubber but not as thick, providing less bulk. The top of the shoe actually ends around under your toe area, and doesn't cover the entire foot. Because of the top of the shoe being closer to the toe, it already provides a feminine flair regardless if your shoe is plain or patterned. Most younger females love this look because you can wear it with skirts and dresses and still look girly.
* '''Faux Laces''' - There are two types that can fall under this category. There are slip on sneakers with eyelets for laces but don't actually require laces, and those with decorative laces that actually don't require tying. This is a fun look, and probably look as close to sneakers as any other slip on.
* '''Leather''' - The fanciest of them all, but with the added rubber sole for long time wear and comfort. The leather upper does automatically make the shoe look less like a sneaker. This is the most fashionable choice for slip ons, especially if the thought of "regular" shoes make your feet hurt.
