Programmers are the geniuses behind your computer software. If it wasn't for these awesomely smart people, I wouldn't be able to check my Facebook every hour or play World of Warcraft at 2 in the morning. In a nutshell, development utilities software allows programmers to create other software and web development applications. But software had to be created to create this software, and other software was needed to create that software . . . it's a vicious unending cycle. Main Programs
Most development utilities are known as IDE, or integrated development environment. They create, maintain, modify, and debug software. There is a handful of programs that computer developers use so we'll look at the main features of some of these programs.
