In ballpoint pens, the ink is like a paste and flows out and immediately dries when you write. They can be classified into
* Disposable Pens: They are of no use once the ink is finished in the pen.
*refill within the pen.
Since ink does not flow easily, you have to apply more pressure while writing. However, they are easy to use and are available in different ranges and color.
The Gel pens are similar to rollerball pens but have ink in which there is pigment suspended in gel. They smudge less but use up more ink.
Besides these, there are the markers which can be used for coloring, highlighting, writing, and drawing on whiteboards.
