Types of Oil Filter
Mechanical Oil Filter: This filter comes with a filter element made from pleated filter media to remove contaminants. It requires frequent replacement.
Magnetic Oil Filter: It uses a magnet to remove the ferromagnetic particles. Magnetic oil filters are easy to maintain and the magnet has to be cleaned periodically to get the most out of them.
