Based in California, the professional football team, the Oakland Raiders, have sure seen better days. After struggling through the first decade and a half of its birth in 1960, this American Football Conference club found a foothold in the NFL and not only captured three Super Bowls (1977, 1981, and 1984), but continued to be a dominant force in professional football until the later years. The Raiders have experienced a slew of head coaches throughout its history, but it wasn't until head coach Jon Gruden was replaced by Bill Callahan in the 2002 season that Oakland began to selfup today.
