Fancy Napkin Fold with a Napkin Ring
If you're really looking to impress your guests, even scare them by how talented you are the whole hosting thing... try and fold your cloth napkins into so they'll tuck neatly into the napkin ring by following these directions:
# It's best if you used ironed and somewhat starchier napkins, but irregardless, fold the square cloth napkin on the diagonal so you have an isosceles triangle in front you with the mountain peak facing up
# Form a center pleat right down the center of your triangle and pinch it a bit to make it stand straight up, make sure you have both the top and bottom of the napkin triangle in the pleat, the pleat is only about an inch
# Perhaps keeping this first pleat pinched if needed, form two symmetrical side pleats with the outer sides of the triangle
# Pinch all three pleats at the bottom and pull through the napkin ring to have a restauranteersetting'>place setting
