Men's Loafers

First appearing as a Norwegian casual shoe in the 1930s, the loafer has become a flexible part of today's wardrobe.  The Spaulding family coined the term, loafer, when they started manufacturing Norwegian slip-ons  in America.  Thus, slip-on shoes are widely know as loafers  in the states. Different styles of slip-ons can be worn with the most casual attire to the formal business suit.
