Making your own bread is both admirable and extremely rewarding. You don't even need a bread machine as long as you have the right ingredients and a decent bread loaf pan. You can use these pans for yeast bread recipes or nonstick pans permit the baker to lift the bread loaves right out of the pan once they're cooked, without the drawback of leaving large chunks behind in the sticky pan. The benefits of using a regular pan include a more even, steady heat transfer to make sure your bread cooks uniformly.
Yummy Pumpkin Bread Recipe
Grease your bread loaf pan first and preheat the oven at 350 degrees. Then blend a can of your favorite pumpkin puree, four eggs, a cup of veggie oil, 2/3 cup of water, and 3 cups of white sugar together. Your dry ingredients are 3.5 cups of flour, 2 tsp baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, half a teaspoon ground cloves, and a couple pinches of ground ginger. Mix the dry ingredients into the wet and fill up your bread pan. Bread takes a while to cook and you should leave this one in the oven for 50 minutes; you'll know when it's done when you stick a knife in the center and it comes out clean.
