Who doesn't love making their porcelain throne sparkling white? Fine, maybe it isn't a glamorous job, but somebody has to do it. Toilet bowl brushes make the task much easier. And unless you have a magic, self cleaning toilet bowl, you will really need one after a month or so. A nasty toilet can smell, look gross, and scare away dinner guests. So make sure you have a trusty toilet bowl cleaner.
How to Properly Clean That Toilet
Cleaning and disinfecting your toilet is a necessary job, for your sake and the health of others, please clean your toilets.
* For safety, wear gloves, ventilate the room, and if you have them, wear goggles. Brushes can spray hazardous mist into your eyes and face. Not pleasant, but don't let that scare you. Moving on.
* Use a specifically branded toilet bowl cleaner or bleach. Apply it liberally to the sides of the bowl.
* With the toilet bowl brush, swab the toilet bowl area.Pay close attention to the underside of the lip of the bowl, where water shoots out, and the water line which tends to stain the bowl.
* Spray the seat, underside of seat, area behind the seat, and the rim of the bowl with disinfectant. Let it sit, then wipe away.
