All you have to do is type in a product you are interested in and it gives you instant feedback. Cool stuff. I also think their color search is a great way for people to shop, and the price slider is also a great feature. So, three good ways to empower participation: 1. Allow people to shop in alternative ways (IM); 2. Allow people to shop by color; 3. Allow people to shop by price.
