ShopWiki Rich Text Editor
The wiki Rich Text Editor provides users with a more advanced editor for authoring wiki documents. It allows users to create and edit wiki articles using features found in most common word processors.
Using the Rich Text Editor doesn't mean that you will have to always edit the article in this mode. Users can switch back and forth between the Rich Text and Plain Text Editors while authoring and editing.

General Tool Bar Buttons
| Boldface text style. |

| Centers the text. |

| Outdents/decreases indentation. |
| Indents/increases indentation. |
| Inserts a new link. |
| Unlinks the current selection. Removes all selected links. |
| Inserts a new image. |
| Inserts a new horizontal ruler. |

Hyperlink Buttons
There are two buttons that you will need to be familiar with to work the hyperlinks. The first { } allow text to be hyperlinked, and the other { } removes existing hyperlinks. These buttons remain disabled (lighter in contrast) unless some text is selected (highlighted).
Adding or modifying a hyperlink- Select the text in the article that you want hyperlinked (or modified).
- Click the hyperlink button {
}.
- Specify the type of hyperlink. Depending on the wiki service, different options are available.
- Depending on the selection, edit the correct type of name or URL in the edit field.
- Click the Insert button.
Removing a hyperlink- Select the hyperlink text in the article that is to be unlinked. All of the text doesn't need to be selected.
- Click the unlink button {

Images
Using images helps illustrate the products described in the guide and makes it look less bland. You can add or modify images within the wiki with a simple click of button. The images we use all come from our search and therefore allow you various options for each product.
To add or modify an image- Select the location in the article where the image is to be inserted.
- Click the image button

- Specify the type of image (external or image search). If specifying an image search, the image must first be previewed before it can be inserted.
- Enter the url or image name in the edit field.
- Click the Insert button.
Keys
| Enter (or Return) | Forces an end to the current line and creates a new paragraph two lines spaces below. |
| Shift + Enter | Forces an end to the current line and moves to the line directly below. |
| Control + Enter | Saves the current article and returns to the 'Read' view. |
| Control + Z | Undo the last editing action. |
| Control + Y | Redo the last Undo editing action. |
| Control + B | Bold: If text is selected, the selected text will be made bold. If no text is selected, it toggles the bolding behavior for normal text. |
| Control + I | Italics: If text is selected, the selected text will be made italics. If no text is selected, it toggles the italics behavior for normal text. |
| Control + C | Copy: Selected text is copied to the clipboard. |
| Control + X | Cut: Selected text is removed from the article and copied to the clipboard. |
| Control + V | Paste: Text in clipboard (either cut or copied) is inserted at the cursor in the article. |
