Personal Home Pages

Every registered user is given a personal home page that can be customized to a user's general taste. This page falls under the namespace User:yourusername and is viewable by the public. You are encouraged to customize your user page to your personality, but please be respectful since other users can see this page.

Here are some of the things you'll find on your personal home page:

• Upload: Allows you to upload content from your hard drive onto your page.
• Upload User Image: Allows you to upload an image, which will be associated with your username in all the wiki articles you create and/or change. Please be respectful of others when chosing an image; all inappropriate images will be taken down.
• Change My Password: Is just that, a place for you to change your ShopWiki password.
• My Watchlist: Links to the guides in your watchlist that you want to track. (You must have a valid email address associate with your username for this function.)
• My Wishlist and Price Alerts: Links to a list of products you chose to add to your wishlist or price alerts.(You must have a valid email address associated with your username for these functions.)
• My Recent Contributions: A report showing all the recent changes made by you when you were logged in. If you want to use this keep track of your contributions, make sure you are logged in when making changes to the wiki guides.
• Every Article I've Touched: Is as simple as that -- a generated list of every wiki article you have touched since joining the community.

Private Wiki Pages

You can keep private, non-shopping information in your namespace. Articles created under your namespace, in the form User:Your Namespace:article name, are automatically private. If you would like to make these pages public, click the box next to "Make article viewable by everyone" at the bottom of the editor. This allows all ShopWiki users to see your page, but they cannot edit the page.
