| Network Operations Engineer |
| ShopWiki is seeking strong Network Operations Engineers with experience operating a globally deployed infrastructure in 24/7 environment. Network Operations Engineers are responsible for maintaining and operating our global infrastructure 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Other responsibilities include performing top-level troubleshooting on globally deployed infrastructure. You will also work with Network Engineers, infrastructure vendors and developers to perform analysis of hardware, software, and network problems to expedite problem resolution. |
