Headphones vs. Earbuds

By User:riverajessica @timeAndDate(1304716802) When it comes to music, people tend to be very particular. Many will gladly talk about their favorite artists, or how much they can't stand this one genre of music, and so on. But then there are those with a more intense form of music appreciation. Of course you can participate in a great number of debates with an audiophile (we dare you to ask what was so great about vinyl!), but for now, let's look at their most common source of frustration: the ''Headphone Debate''. Ever since Brand Name Appeal First we've got to make sure you know the major players in this debate, the names that will pop up over and over again in this discussion. Activity

Your level of activity can decide what headphones you're going to need better than any other consideration we're looking at here. What you wear while jogging isn't always an ideal fit if you're trying to enjoy the subtleties of a classic piece of music.

Noise Reduction

For your hearing's sake, you may be keeping the volume down when you listen to music. That's excellent news for your ears, but it can make it hard to enjoy what you're listening to when outside construction or other consistent noises are buzzing around you. Thankfully, there are ways to block that out without blasting the volume. First there are

Between their consistency and their highmill music lovers, we of course have a few suggestions. '''We Recommend'''

Price

High quality costs a lot of  money, even upwards of a thousand dollars in some cases. But if you're mostly just a plugplay kind of person, spending more than $40 just seems wasteful and, yeah, how good could $1500 headphones ''really'' sound? So who offers the best bang for your buck? Let's take a look. Mid-priced is the winner here, be it in earphone or headphone form. A good pair will last you a long time, saving you money and providing you with an excellent sound experience.  '''We recommend:'''

Comfort

There are comfort complaints on both sides of the aisle here. Pinching, tugging, squeezing, yanking...it's all very unpleasant. But when compared headhead, both headphones and earbuds can potentially offer you a great fit. Since there's no clear winner or loser here, here are some of our recommendations for comfortable headphones and earbuds.

Looks like a dead heat, so what do you choose? In the end, you've got to go with comfort. It doesn't matter how mind-blowing the sound is if your earbuds hurt your ears or if your headphones feel like a vise. Quality, price, and noise reduction mean nothing if you don't want to wear them.
