So you've got your propane grill, your gas grill, your electric grill, whatever, and you don't have enough work space. You've gotta feed a bunch of people at your BBQ and you're worried about your turnover time! Add a side burner to your grill and you'll be increasing your cooking space so that you can be heating up sauces, sides, trimmings, or whatever else you'll need to make sure you're BBQ is as plentiful and tasty as possible. A gas side burner should install easily and work at nearly the same intensity as your regular grill surface.
Simple Grill Side
Grilled asparagus is probably one of the easiest sides you can come up with and it could go well with any kabobs you may be grilling up. Just douse as much asparagus as you're planning on eating in balsamic vinaigrette and leave it wrapped in tin foil over the open flame burner. After they've gotten fairly soft in there, grill the asparagus themselves while you coat them in dressing with a BBQ brush so they have some of that tasty charring on them and they will be coated in the sticky balsamic residue. Never before has asparagus been such a hit.
