It's a battle of tech vs. tech, with totally tweaked out, pimped up, social networking savvy devices. It's kind of reminiscent of that TV show, Battlebots, no? That battle describes the continuous comparison between Droid Droid phones comprise a good percentage in the smartphone market. Their capabilities and design have been compared to the iPhone and Blackberry, and they offer phones that look proper for both professional and personal use. The biggest thing going for the Droid is the associated applications; they're easy to access and use, and the Droid technology provides excellent gaming capabilities. BlackBerrys (or is it BlackBerries?) have been drawing crowds of loyal customers long before the iPhone hit the market. At first, their main focus was to compete against other companies selling handheld PDAs. Now they're up against other smartphones vying for the number one spot. Their biggest strength aside from having many models to choose from, is their ability to manage and sync files, emails, contacts, etc., and do it very efficiently. Their weakest link? The keyboards can become extremely dull and sticky over time, particularly the mouse-ball controller, and sometimes get stuck and/or break.
