How to Use
A good cuticle scissor has a honed cutter that is extra fine, ground thin, and highly polished!
To remove cuticle skin:
* Bathe and soften the nail area with lukewarm water/
oil or soap solution before treatment.
* Softening the nail area will help you
push back and loosen the cuticle. This can then be easily removed from around the nail bed using cuticle scissors.

skin care cream to cover up the cut off region.
