First things first, you're gonna have to get at the grimy stuff. Get your hands on that tires and the rim's faceplate. Use the abrasive tire cleaner to get in the small places, and to scrape off any stubborn orts of debris, rust or dirt. When you've applied enough elbow grease, rinse the whole thing down. Take your towel, rub it all dry, and voila! Your tires and rims should look like new again.
