If you have ever went shopping for wrist brace and let's go shoe shopping!
Choosing Bowling Shoes
Depending on what hand that you bowl with, you'll need to purchase either a pair of right handed bowling shoes. A left handed pair will give the left handed bowler an advantage when on the lanes, allowing his or her left foot to provide the traction he or she needs while the right foot provides the sliding ability. The opposite holds true for left handed bowling shoes: the left will provide traction and the right will provide the sliding ability. Depending on lane conditions you might want to purchase shoes that allow you to change the soles as needed.
