Honey

nectar is collected, the bees then break down the complex sugars in the nectar and stores it in the cells of a honeycomb.  To thicken the honey, bees flap their wings to evaporate any water that is left.  The cells are then covered by wax and left until it is needed.

Types of Honey

Depending on the type of flower the bees collect nectar from, the liquid gold will yield a different taste.
