The computer screen. The rodent namesake derives from early models of the gadget which feature a cord attached to the rear part of the device, thus representing a mouse. The first model was made of wood and had one button, but these little guys have come a long way since then! Mice are used mainly for desktop computers, but some people may find it easier to use them with laptops as well. There are lots of different models to choose from, depending on your level of comfort and your preference for speed.
