There are plenty of people you cross paths with in your life time that you know not to mess with. Grisly biker dudes, the crazy schizophrenic that takes the same bus as you in the mornings, your ex-marine neighbor with the grenades strung across his doorway like Christmas lights. We meet these people and for safety reasons, we stay far, far away. But there are people who are far scarier than that. The ones that you absolutely, without a shadow of a doubt, do not want to even know you exist.
That's the crazy guy with the mask,
wielding a machete making his way toward your front door. Anyone who will calmly walk in pursuit of someone running away from them is pretty certain in their capability of still catching and killing said person. They're in no rush. You never mess with someone like that.
The safest way to experience said
watching films about them in your quiet, dark living room where you are nice and safe...all alone....
