Roman Polanski

Chinatown (1974). Polanksi's first Oscar nomination for To Each His Own Cinema, in 2007. During his prolific career, Polanski has won a BAFTA and Golden Globe for ''Chinatown'', an Academy Award for Best Director for ''The Pianist'', and a Lifetime Achievement Award at the Zurich Film Festival.
