The Rating System
You can often trust large names like Marriott and Hilton to provide excellent service, but what about all of the other hotel options? Sometimes smaller
large chains cannot. For this reason, a rating system of stars is applied to the review of the hotel. This rating system is recognised internationally, and gives guests an idea of what to expect no matter where their travels take them.
