Eddie Murphy is the second highest grossing actor in motion picture history, a difficult title to reach, but a title that makes perfect sense as soon as you see any of his famous movies. Murphy started his career as a stand up comedian, performing on SNL as one of their most popular performers. When he broke into the feature film industry, he was immediately famous: his pictures did incredibly well at the box office and his audiences fell in love with him and his family friendly comedies that appealed to all audiences.
