Canning Jars Buying Guide

Tips

* Use a smallcan jars. * Choose the jar depending on the acid content of the food. Food with a higher acid content require less heat and time in cooking and those with a lower acid content require a longer time and high heat while cooking. * To prevent your jars from breaking, never pour cold liquid into hot jars or hot liquids in to cold jars. * Always store your canned food in a cool and dark place.
