Cotton, when uncombined with other fibers like polyester, can be incredibly comfortable to sleep on. Whether you're going to be buying a simple 100 percent cotton sheets are a preferred choice for bedding.
Cotton Bedding Care
*Always sort your sheet by color when washing, because bleeding and fading are never desired.
*Use warm or hot water to wash white cotton sheets with a regular detergent, preferably an organic or natural bleaching agent for white sheets.
* Let your sheets dry outside on a clothesline to preserve energy; the added benefit is that oxygen and sunlight helps to naturally sanitize your sheets and brighten your whites.
* If you're using a dryer, tumble dry your sheets with a sheet of fabric softener.
* Don't leave your clean sheets in a closet folded up for too long or they'll collect dust and the creases will deteriorate your sheets!
