Goodman's website showed item in stock although the mfg was out of stock (as was every other website I could find). Skeptically, I called Goodman's to ensure the specific item was in stock, they said yes, but then shipped me a lesser item. Called them and they were supposed to email an RMA form. Nothing happened for over a week, called them again, same story, wait several days, nothing. Called again, they claimed they didn't have my email address. This is funny as they emailed me an order confirmation upon my initial order. Well finally I received the email with the RMA, sent the item back and got my refund. I suggest you buy elsewhere from an honest, reputable dealer.
