Rating: 5/5The items that I ordered were delivered in record time. I only paid for regular shipping. I received exactly what I ordered. One snag....something that I ordered was damaged beyond repair because the package was handled roughly in transit. I called Customer Service to make them aware. The lady I spoke with to be very responsive, apologetic, and they sent me a replacement at no charge. The items that I ordered online were described honestly and the quality was high. Ordering was easy and everything I wanted was in stock. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with my online purchase at Gardener's Supply Company.

Rating: 5/5Great merchandise! They have some hard to find products such as the snow gauge I was looking for. I ordered one a couple of days before Christmas and it arrived 2 days later. They were very courteous when I called after I ordered it online to see how fast they would ship it. They understood my need to get it quickly and they shipped it right away with no extra charges. Great store. I will buy from them again!

Rating: 5/5I agree with the other reviewers of this merchant. I LOVE shopping on their site. It is very easy to use, and they keep you informed throughout the ordering and shipping process. Their prices are great. The shipping process is very quick. In fact, each of my orders were sent out by the company for shipping within 24 hours of my purchase. They packed each shipment very securely. The site offers many hard-to-find products. I just made my third on-line purchase from this company. I will continue to be a devoted customer.

Rating: 2/5Terrible. I ordered three rain barrels from Gardener's Supply and one hose extender. The barrels arrived barely contained in the shipping boxes. They had gouges on the barrels, torn debris screens and not one barrel contained all of the parts needed to set it up. The hose extender faucet was crooked and leaked. Customer service was very nice about exchanging the items, but that doesn't make up for the lost time dealing with repacking and reshipping the items back.

Good company to do business with. Their prices are not what I'd call "low," and in some cases are higher than I'd expect, but they carry a number of unique and unusual yard and garden products. Their rain barrels are very reasonable compared to other vendors. I recommend Gardener's Supply because they communicate shipping info well and their shipping charges are very, very reasonable. I paid just $12 shipping for a 40-gal. rain barrel and downspout diverter that shipped separately. With so many sellers making shipping a profit center with jacked-up s&h, I'm impressed with this.
