Rating: 1/5Frontgate/Grandinroad customer service in one word ---------------------INCOMPETENT. I ordered drape rods and finials. They sent the incorrect items. It took me 4 phone calls to receive my credit and finally receive the correct items. No response from emails. Before this order was delivered I placed a second order for counter stools. After 4 months of waiting I searched the website and the stools were not to be found.I sent an email to ask whether or not they would fulfill my order.'Oh,', they said,'your order was cancelled last week'. They never notified me. It took me many emails to have a gift certificate that I used against this order to be re-issued because it had expired during the time I placed the order. They have no idea what they are doing. Keep your sanity and shop online elsewhere.

Rating: 2/5I ordered an expensive Christmas tree (even though on sale), but the product was much lower quality than I expected and, more importantly, was unstable. So I called few times, I wrote emails, etc. I would have returned it if shipping costs were not so high (heavy tree)... The tree needed to be immediately fixed in order to use it around children. They sent me a 25% discount to cover the costs of repairs. I was very disappointed that such a high-end store sells such low quality products. Don't be fooled by their words on the website and prices...

Rating: 1/5Pitiful service. I returned 2 items and am still waiting for resolution after 5 phone calls and multiple e-mails. They say the refund was sent as a check because they thought the item had been a gift ???? So they cancelled the check and say they will credit my Mastercard...still waiting. Every time I call they say the credit was processed the day before and it will take 72 hours to post....still waiting. Very snide customer service reps who don't care.

Rating: 1/5I do not recommend purchasing any products from Frontgate. Their customer service is terrible and the will not help you or work with you to resolve problems in a reasonable manner. I placed an order with them and the order was placed on backorder four times because one small item was not available. I told them that I would pay the extra shipping cost and they refused. This is the worst experience I have ever had with an online retailer.

Rating: 1/5Frontgate is the worst on-line shopping site on earth. When I ordered a present for my nephew's wedding, they attempted to deliver it to the wrong address, in the wrong state, twice before notifying me that they would make one more attempt, and then cancel the order. This notification came AFTER my nephew had already returned from his honeymoon! They refused to write an apology to my nephew, and offered only to ship it the third time, to the right address, for free-- big deal, since I had already paid for the shipping in the original order. They also sent me a $15 gift certificate (again, BIG DEAL)along with perfunctory form apology letter (which they must churn out by the thousands!)-- which I mailed back to their CEO-- since I never intend to buy from them again. I would STRONGLY advise against ordering on-line from Frontgate!
