    I ordered two pair of shoes and paid for next day delivery. I explained in detail that the shoes must be received the next day since I was leaving. The next day when the shoes were not received, I called Footsmart, explained my concerns and was told the shoes were shipped 2-3 day. I cancelled the order. Four days later I had not received the shoes, but my credit card was billed. I called customer service. They assured me they had contacted FedEx, cancelled the order and the shoes were being returned to them. As soon as they received the shoes, I would be refunded. It has now been 11 days. I have received no shoes and no refund. The customer serviced manager was rude and refused to issue a credit although he could confirm from FedEx tracking that the shoes were indeed being returned. BEWARE!!

    Very bad experience at Footsmart. They misrepresented a clearance item as in stock when it was not. I didn't find out until the package arrived without the shoes I ordered. They refused to refund my money for the order. Don't believe their 100% satisfaction guarantee.

    The FootSmart Online Store was easy to navigate, had a great variety of shoes to offer, and they were in styles I could wear with a variety of outfits from casual to dressy. The best part of shopping online with FootSmart was the clear and complete description of each shoe. Since I wear orthotics, it was necessary for me to know what kind of shoe I could wear them in--and I can wear them in just about every shoe they sell. I ordered black, leather sneaker-type oxfords and they came within a week, exactly as I ordered. They were very comfortable and fit well with my orthotics. If I had needed, there was an easy-to-use return form. I was very pleased with the quality of the shoe since the price is more than I used to pay for shoes. These will last and are worth the investment. The shoes I used to buy were never all that good for my feet and I'm paying the price for that in podiatry bills now. Thank you, FootSmart, for making durable, good-looking, foot-healthy shoes.

    Shopping at FootSmart is easy unless you have a problem. After calling their customer service about an order not received, I was told they would over night it. When it did not come several days later, I called again. This rep. howled laughing about overnighting a replacement order, the rep and said I cant believe someone told you that..Transferred to a supervisor, and she told me I could not cancel my order until I received it. .STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER! BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY, THEY COULD CARE LESS ABOUT YOU!

    Horrible experience. Ordered 12/11 for Xmas presents, 8 days later one item in order was cancelled by them. Their stated delivery time was 6-10 days but it took 20 days. I was told it was my fault because I didn't pay for expedited shipping. No response to emails. Customer Service not even apologetic. Never again!!
