  I purchased the Transfirmer from Firm Direct on January 20, 2006. On the site it says that I should get my order within 10-15 business days. I called them 2/7/06, (12 business days later) just to ask them when my order would arrive. They told me that it was on back order and that I should receive it sometime the next week. I called them again today, 2/15/06, and they told me that it was just shipped out 2/13/06 and that I should get it sometime next week. I know it was cheaper through this website, but it so was not worth it. Next time I'll order it through a more reliable company.
