Rating: 1/5I ordered a Sony computer, which they had advertised at a good price over the Internet and got their Email Receipt. 12 days later I called them to inquire, they said they don't have the product in stock anymore. However, when I checked on their website about five days after I entered my order, they still advertised that specific computer. My impression is, that they just advertise those "deals" out there, have people sign up (address, credit card etc), but don't deliver these "advertised deals".

Rating: 1/5Poor customer service. Put order for a laptop on 2/15/2005. It supposed to be delivered in 5-7 days. I did not get any tracking number , order confirmation after 5 days, and when I called over and over, there supposed to be a Frankie that supposed to follow up my order ( seem that he is the only web order customer service guy) , and he always was not at work, and nobody else were available to help. I ended up canceling the order after 5 days of follow up and waisting time. What a waste. An online customer.

Rating: 1/5This company is intentionally misleading consumers. I entered a Make and model number of a printer, Kyocera FS-3800 on a price comparison site which EZ Systems advertised on for $834. Only afterward, did I discover it was refurbished. These types of companies that list false prices on price comparison sites and then do not deliver, should be stayed away from.

The page that EZ Systems put together on different new and older plotter models helped us alot in our shopping for a plotter. I ordered a new LCD panel. Before placing the order online, I called to check if the item was in stock. They told me that, yes, it was in stock. A few days later as I had not received shipping information, I called them back and they told me it would ship the next day. The next day, as nothing was coming, I called; the guy responsible for my order was not there, the person I talked with was clueless and told me he would leave a note for his collegue. It went on like this for a while before they told me that in fact they didn't have the item in stock. To sum it up, the experience I had was pretty bad. Most of the time nobody will be there to answer the phone and they did never call me back when I was leaving a message on their voicemail.
