At the front there is a generous, lined and stitched, hole through which you pull (or push) your tackle. It's actually a lot more comfortable than it looks. When you are wearing it you are pulled up and forward making your profile look bigger (under swimwear perhaps). Great if you like the idea of going commando but would like a little support.
