If you’re a ripper and you’re going big and landing in the flats size these as stated 9-11. But if you’re a beginner/intermediate rider you can sport these down to a size 7. These are hi-end pro-model bindings but we’ll use them for lessons because they’re so comfortable and easy to put on.
